Stockholder Says She Was Threatened| For Asking To See The Books

LAS VEGAS (CN) - Unruh Holdings Co. threatened Julie Unruh with physical violence because she demanded to see the books after Unruh sold itself to Sysco for $16 million, Unruh claims in Clark County Court. Unruh says she owns 7.1% of the holdings through her trust, and that Holdings claimed annual sales of more than $50 million before selling itself to Sysco. Unruh says that the numbers, if true, show a suspiciously low sales price. She claims she has a right to see the books, but Holdings threatened her with violence for asking. See complaint.
