Stock Squabble Over Rights To Elvis

WILMINGTON, DEL. (CN) - Shareholders of CKX Inc., which owns rights to the names and Images of Elvis Presley, Graceland and Muhammad Ali, claim corporate directors, including Robert Sillerman and Priscilla Presley, are taking the company private for the unfair price of $13.75 and one share of FX Luxury Realty per minority shareholders' share.

CKX CEO Sillerman is accused of masterminding an unfair transaction.
