Stock Promoter Admits He Paid Bribe

MANHATTAN (CN) - A stock promoter faces up to 5 years in prison after pleading guilty to bribing an undercover agent to. Jason Jadidian, 24, of Forest Hills, bribed an undercover FBI agent with $5,000 to induce others to buy 80,000 shares of Tecton Corp. stock, federal prosecutors said.
