TUCSON, Ariz.  — A federal court in Arizona dismissed implied-in-fact contract claims against Steve Wozniak but ruled that copyright claims against the Apple co-founder can continue. A professor claims Wozniak wrongfully used his copyrighted work in the marketing and publicizing of technical education company Woz U.
