WASHINGTON — The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Wednesday against four businesses challenging Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s shutdown of “non-life-sustaining” businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
After the Pennsylvania Supreme Court refused to vacate or strike down Wolf’s order, the justices on Thursday denied the businesses a stay.
