State Ignores Dangers Of Highway 12,|Girls Say After Father Dies In Crash

FAIRFIELD, CALIF. (CN) - An inadequate Highway 12 in Solano County has produced an inordinate, and increasing, number of fatal, head-on accidents, including the death of Kent Boone, the father of two girls, the family claims in a wrongful death claim against the State of California in Solano County Court.

The family claims that CalTrans has known for years that Highway 12 is inadequate and dangerous. They are represented by Nevin & Absalom of San Francisco.
