State Farm Faces Federal Class-Action

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - State Farm cheats policyholders by refusing to base payments for lost or damaged vehicles on the "market value, age and condition at the time the loss occurred," but using a "projected sales price" and an "age of ad adjustment," both of which it refuses to explain, a class-action complaint claims in Federal Court.
