State Defamed Him In Vendetta, Man Says

ALBUQUERQUE (CN) - The New Mexico Department of Military Affairs fired and defamed the deputy director of its state-run reform school for dropouts because he objected that the state was unconstitutionally allowing Wings Ministry, Christian evangelists, to proselytize there, Rick Wolfert claims in Federal Court. Wolfert says his bosses retaliated by falsely accusing him of drug and sex violations and mistreating cadets at the New Mexico Youth Challenge Academy in Roswell. He demands punitive damages.
