Stanford Ponzi Scheme

Lloyd's of London says it should not be responsible to defend R. Allen Stanford, Laura Pendergast-Holt or five other Stanford employees from charges stemming from Stanford's alleged $7 billion Ponzi and money laundering scheme, in Dallas Federal Court.

The other defendants are James Davis, Gilberto Lopez, Mark Kuhrt, Thomas Raffanello, and Bruce Perraud.
