Stairway to En Banc Rehearing

The Ninth Circuit has granted rock legend Led Zeppelin’s request for an en banc rehearing of a copyright infringement case involving its signature hit “Stairway to Heaven,” which a jury in 2016 found did not significantly resemble “Taurus” written by the late Randy Wolfe and performed by his band Spirit.
