CLAYTON, Mo. (CN) - A St. Louis County Judge rejected a plea deal for a company president who secretly videotaped female employees using the bathroom at work and at his home.
Jack Eigles, 55, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal invasion without the deal, and was sentenced to 120 days in jail plus 4 years in prison if he fails to live up to the terms of a suspended sentence.
The plea agreement would have had Eigles spend only 90 days in jail and given him a clean record if he successfully completed 5 years of probation.
Judge Robert Cohen rejected the deal after hearing several testimonies from victims.
Eigles had been president of Corporate Cash-Flow Solutions. He and the company have been subjects of several civil complaints from his victims since he was charged.
