Spelling Counts

BROOKLYN (CN) - Federal agents seized "tens of thousands" of counterfeit items from a Flushing warehouse after getting a tip about phony Krazy Glue, prosecutors say. Jian Zhang, owner of Ming Yang Trading, sold bogus, mercury-laden batteries he misspelled as "Dinacell," according to the complaint.

Agents seized the stuff, alleging dozens of trademark violations, and trade piracy.
