Special needs students

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit partially advanced a group of students’ class-action lawsuit alleging that every California school district failed to accommodate special needs students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The students do not have standing to sue school districts where they were not enrolled, because they were not personally injured by those districts’ policies.
