Sparkling water

AUSTIN, Texas — A federal court in Texas enjoined a distillery that plans to sell sparkling alcoholic beverages from infringing upon Waterloo Sparkling Water’s trade dress but ruled the water company would have “difficulty claiming broad trademark rights” to the term “Waterloo” outside of the sparkling water category.
