Spaghetti factories

UTICA, N.Y. — A federal court in New York trimmed a trademark dispute alleging that a small restaurant in upstate New York called “The Spaghetti Factory” infringes on the trademarked name for the chain of Italian restaurants called The Old Spaghetti Factory. The use of the name could confuse some customers, but the court finds the small business operator did not act in bad faith.
