MANHATTAN (CN) - A federal RICO complaint accuses financial heavy hitters - including George Soros, Donald Trump, Vornado Realty Trust, Desutche Bank, Cerberus Capital Management, Lazard Freres and Kirkland & Ellis - of "money laundering, bankruptcy fraud and bid rigging" in "a sophisticated scheme ... to control the Conseco Bankruptcy proceedings" in Chicago Federal Court through bankruptcy fraud.
Plaintiff Leslie Dick Worldwide claims Conseco and Trump laundered money through their 1998 purchase of the General Motors Building in Manhattan, with help from the other defendants.
Dick is represented by David Relkin in this 96-page complaint.
