Songwriter Eddie Holland Asserts Claims

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Edward Holland, of the immortal Holland-Dozier-Holland songwriting team, claims Structured Asset Sales and its director David Pullman falsely claim ownership of dozens of songs composed by Ronald Dunbar.

Holland claims in Superior Court that the defendants tricked Dunbar into signing documents he did not understand that assigned rights to the defendants that Holland and his company, Gold Forever Music, already had bought and paid for.
