The Second Circuit upheld the dismissal of copyright claims against Netflix, Apple and Amazon in a suit brought by musicians who own the copyright for the song “Fish Sticks n’ Tater Tots,” which incidentally appears in the background of the documentary film “Burlesque: Heart of the Glitter Tribe.”

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit upheld the dismissal of copyright claims against Netflix, Apple and Amazon in a suit brought by musicians who own the copyright for the song “Fish Sticks n’ Tater Tots,” which incidentally appears in the background of the documentary film “Burlesque: Heart of the Glitter Tribe.”
