Something’s Not Right, Patient Says

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (CN) - A doctor in St. John's County connected a woman's rectum to her vagina during a colostomy reversal procedure, the patient claims in County Court. Four days after surgery, she "began complaining of the egress of air and fecal material through her vagina," the lawsuit claims.

Defendants are Dr. Pachavit Kasemsap and Surgical Associates of North Florida. Plaintiff Lori Timmerman is represented by Robert McLeod II.
