Some CPAP users’ claims tossed

PITTSBURGH — A federal court in Pennsylvania dismissed four personal injury complaints in the multidistrict litigation against Philips over its CPAP and mechanical ventilator machines. The four litigants failed to meet court-ordered deadlines for basic case materials and did not respond to warnings that their cases would be thrown out.
