Solicitation Curfew

The Tenth Circuit upheld a ruling that enjoined the town of Castle Rock, Colorado, from enforcing a 7 p.m. curfew on commercial door-to-door solicitation, finding the town failed to prove that the curfew advances its interests in a “direct and material way.”
