Softball Isn’t Baseball, Girl Tells High School

INDIANAPOLIS (CN) - A family sued the Indiana High School Athletic Association and Monroe County Schools for barring their daughter from trying out for her high school baseball team. Bloomington High School South says girls can't play boys' sports if a girls' version is offered. But the Young family says baseball and softball are different sports and freshman L.Y. wants to play baseball.
