Snowbird Resort May Be Liable For Skier’s Injuries

SALT LAKE CITY (CN) - The Utah Supreme Court has ruled that Snowbird Resort may be liable for the injuries of an expert skier who hit a retaining wall on the Fluffy Bunny run, suffering broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Snowbird's liability releases are unenforceable, the court ruled, because they contradict state public policy. See ruling.
