LAS VEGAS - A man claims his next-door neighbor, who wants to buy his house, persuaded the Boulder City police to install cameras bought with a Homeland Security grant to snoop on him for bogus "terrorism" suspicions, and that the cops agreed to do it the very day he got a no-trespass order against his snoopy neighbor.
