Sneaky Charge At Pump, Class Action Claims

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Alliance Petroleum defrauded consumers at 1,200 ARCO stations by failing to reveal that it charged 35 cents extra for debit-card purchases, a class action claims in Superior Court. Plaintiffs say more than 5 million people have been affected since 2004.

Plaintiffs demand punitive damages. They are represented by Eric Kingsley of Encino.
