An appeals court in Florida upheld the denial of a man’s motion to dismiss charges brought against him after he posted a photo of himself on Snapchat with the caption, “On my way! School shooter.” The question of whether the posting was a threat under the relevant statute must be decided by a jury, the court ruled.
