SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge ruled for Google in a patent infringement suit brought by smart speaker company Sonos accusing the Silicon Valley giant’s apps Google Play and YouTube of intentionally infringing on its designs for web-connected speakers, years after the two companies collaborated on music streaming plans.
