Slurs Not ‘Threats of Force’

A federal court denied an abortion center’s motion for an injunction against a protester who has yelled racial and homophobic slurs at staff members and patients. The comments are not “threats of force,” so he has not violated the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
