Sleepwalking Death Blamed On Ambien

CHICAGO (CN) - Christie Scott fell down stairs and died while sleepwalking under the influence of Ambien, because Sanofi-Aventis fraudulently misrepresented the safety of the drug in TV commercials and elsewhere, failed to warn patients and doctors that sleepwalking is a known side effect of it, and failed to adequately test the drug, Jeff Scott claims in Cook County Court.
