MANHATTAN — A New York federal judge allowed an investor to amend his securities class action against Casper Sleep, a mattress firm that heavily advertises through podcasts and social media ads, on allegations that misrepresentations and omissions unfairly bolstered the firm’s prospects in its 2020 IPO that was followed by a 32% decrease in the stock’s price.
