Skateboard Shop Isn’t Liable For Crowd Frenzy

SACRAMENTO (CN) - A California appeals court has ruled that a skateboard shop is not liable for injuries sustained by a man who was trampled at a professional skateboarding event by fans vying for a skateboard that had been tossed into the crowd. See ruling.
