Sightseeing Company Can Use ‘Duck Tours’ In Name

BOSTON (CN) - The 1st Circuit overturned an injunction barring sightseeing company Boston Duck Tours from using the term "duck tour" in its name, because the phrase is used generically throughout the country to describe land- and water-based tours taken in amphibious vehicles called "ducks."
