Siding Class Action

ATLANTA – CertainTeed’s fiber cement siding has been “severely defective” since 2002, when it began making it with fly ash instead of sand, a class action claims in Federal Court. The class adds that using fly ash gave CertainTeed “large federal tax breaks.”
