Shot by a Cop

Bradley Montgomery sued Costa Mesa, California and its police Officer Dana Potts in federal court, claiming Potts <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Shot.pdf"><strong>shot him in the stomach</strong></a> without warning while looking for someone who allegedly was trying to break into homes.
