Sheriff’s Deputy Is A Stalker, Woman Says

SAN BERNARDINO (CN) - The San Bernardino County Sheriff knew Deputy Matthew Linderman stalked, harassed and made sexual demands of women while on patrol, under threats of arrest, one alleged victim says.

The woman claims Linderman stalked her at her home in Hesperia, repeatedly called her by telephone despite her requests that he "leave her alone," and "threatened to arrest (her) should she not comply with his requests for personal and intimate photos, emails, and conversations".

She claims that "Deputy Linderman did engage in similar acts with multiple other women of the high desert by threatening criminal prosecution and/or arrest if they did not comply with his sexually motivated demands."

She is represented in San Bernardino County Court by Cory Weck with Welebir Tierney & Weck of Redlands.
