Shareholders Sue American Dental Partners

BOSTON (CN) - Shareholders claim American Dental Partners and its directors failed to disclose litigation that cost the company $130 million in damages, causing share price to tank by 76 percent in two days, from $19.30 to $4.62, in December 2007.

Also sued in the federal class-action complaint are CEO Gregory Serrano, CFO Breht Feigh, and Chief Accounting Officer Mark Vargo.
