Shareholders claim First Consulting Group is being sold too cheaply to Computer Sciences Corp., without adequate disclosures. Also sued in Los Angeles Superior Court are Ronald V. Aprahamian, Douglas G. Bergeron, Michael P. Downey, Robert G. Funari, Larry Ferguson, F. Richard Nichol, Cora M. Tellez, and LB Acquisition.

Shareholders accuse Atlas Mining Co., William T. Jacobson and Robert Dumont of securities violations, in Coeur D'Alene Federal Court.
