Shareholders Accuse Walgreen Executives|Of Making $6.6 Million From Inside Trades

CHICAGO (CN) - Shareholders accuse Walgreen of concealing its financial problems, and claim CEO Jeffrey Rein and president Gregory Wasson dumped personal shares for a total of $6.6 million before disclosing the adverse information, in a class action in Federal Court.
