ORLANDO (CN) - Directors of Darden Restaurants - which owns Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse and three other chains - dumped 428,000 shares for $18.4 million while propping up the share price through false and misleading statements, shareholders claim in a federal class-action complaint.
