Shareholder Derivative Lawsuits & Class Actions

Shareholders accuse Luminent Mortgage Capital, Gail Seneca, Sewell Moore Jr. and Christopher Zyda of inflating share price through fraud, in San Francisco Federal Court.

Shareholders accuse Heely's of failing a false and misleading registration statement with the SEC, failing to disclose the enormous number of injuries suffered by users of the wheeled shoes. Also sued in Dallas Federal Court are Michael Staffaroni, Michael Hessong, Patrick Hamner, Roger Adams, Richard Middlekauff, Samuel Ligon, William Thomas, Capital Southwest Corp., Capital Southwest Venture Corp., Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., Wachovia Capital Markets LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., and CIBC World Markets Corp.

Shareholders accuse Radian Group, Stanford Ibrahim and Robert Quint of inflating Radian share price through false and misleading statements, in Philadelphia Federal Court.

In a derivative lawsuit in Dallas County Court, shareholders claim Dous LLC fka Doussan Gas & Supply failed to carry insurance during Hurricane Katrina. Also sued are Leonard Doussan III, Leonard Doussan Jr., and Jeffrey Ellis.

Shareholders claim Tarragon Corp. inflated its share price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are William Friedman, Robert Rothenberg and Erin Pickens.

Shareholders demand $20 million from G&A International Trading Corp. Also sued in New York County Court are Zhao Guang Wang and Jin Pu Wang.
