Shareholder Class Actions

Shareholders claim Merrill Lynch and its recently ousted CEO E. Stanley O'Neal inflated share price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Ahmass Fakahany, Gregory Fleming and Jeffrey Edwards.

Wellcare Health Plans and its directors made fraudulent statement to inflate Wellcare share price, shareholders claim. Also sued in Tampa Federal Court are Neal Moszkowski, Regina Herzlinger, Kevin Hickey, Alif Hourani, Ruben King-Shaw, Christian Michalik, and Todd Farha.

Shareholders accuse BEA Systems of failing to consider a good buyout offer from Oracle Corp. Also sued in Santa Clara County Court, Calif., are Alfred Chuang, L. Dale Crandall, Stewart Gross, William Janeway, Dean Morton, Bruce Pasternack, George Reyes, and Richard Schlosberg III.

Shareholders claim CBRE Realty Finance Inc. gave them inaccurate information. They also sue Keith Gollenberg and Michael Angerthal, in Hartford Federal Court.

Shareholders accuse Dyadic International and Richard J. Berman of securities fraud, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.
