Shareholder Class Actions

Shareholders claim United Rentals Inc. cheated them by printing false and misleading financial information. Also sued in Hartford Federal Court are Wayland Hicks, Martin Welch, Michael Kneeland, Brian McCauley, Gerald Tsai, Jr., Michael Gross, Leon Black, Howard Clark, Singleton McAllister, John McKinney, Jenne Britell, Keith Wimbush, Roger Schwed, and Jason Papastavrou.

Shareholders accuse Micrus Endovascular Corp. and its officers John Kilcoyne and Robert Stern of securities fraud, in San Francisco Federal Court.

Shareholders claim Crocs Inc., Ron Snyder and Peter Case induced them to invest by misrepresenting Crocs' finances, in Denver Federal Court.
