Corp., Randall Maxey M.D. Corp., Los Angeles Multispecialty Medical Group, Associated Primary Care Physicians Medical Group, Community Life Improvement Program, Health Contract Management, and Pacific Rim Group.

Bear Stearns Cos. and its directors recklessly spent billions of dollars buying subprime mortgage loans, shareholders claim in a derivative lawsuit. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are James Cayne, Samuel Molinaro, Jeffrey Farber, Jeffrey Mayer, Michael Minikes, Alan Schwartz, Warren Spector, Henry Bienen, Carl Glickman, Michael Goldstein, Alan Greenberg, Donald Harrington, Frank Nickell, Paul Novellu, Frederic Salerno, Vincent Tese, and Wesley Williams.

Shareholders claim American International Group defrauded them by misrepresenting AIG's exposure to the subprime mortgage crisis while its defendant directors were dumping their own AIG shares. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Martin Sullivan, Edmund Tse, Win Neuger, Frank Wisner, Brian Schreiber, Steven Bensinger, William Dooley, Frederick Geissinger, Elias Habayeb, Robert Lewis, Marshall Cohen, Martin Feldstein, Ellen Futter, Richard Holbrooke, Frank Zarb, Stephen Hammerman, George Miles, Morris Offit, Michael Sutton, Fred Langhammer, James Orr, Virginia Rometty, and Robert Willumstad.

Shareholders claim Wyeth inflated share price by misrepresenting the prospects for FDA approval of its new drug, Pristiq, while defendant directors dumped their own shares. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Robert Essner, Bernard Poussot, Gregory Norden, John Torell, John Feerick, John Mascotte, Mary Polan, Ivan Seidenberg, Walter Shipley, Robert Langer, Frances Fergusson, Gary Rogers, Victor Ganzi, Raymond McGuire, Kenneth Martin, and Richard Carrion.
