Shareholder Class Action & Derivative

Shareholders of EDO Corp. have sued EDO and ITT Corp. in a class-action dispute over the buyout of EDO common stock.

Also sued in New York County Court are James Smith, Robert Allen, Robert Alvine, John Gordon, Robert Hanisee, Michael Hegarty, Leslie Kenne, Paul Kern, James Roth, Robert Tyrer, Robert Walmsley, and Donatello Acquisition Corp.

Shareholders accuse Wellcare Health Plans of fraudulently inflating its share price. Also sued in Tampa Federal Court are Todd Farha and Paul Behrens.
