PHILADELPHIA – The “policyholder-owners” of Harleysville Mutual Insurance Co. say the directors are planning to sell the company Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., a $750 million deal through which company directors will get “millions of dollars while their policyholder-owners get nothing.”
