WILMINGTON, Del. - Shareholders claim Delphi Financial Group is selling itself too cheaply through an unfair process to Tokio Marine Holdings, for $2.7 billion or $43.875 per Class A share and $52.875 per Class B share, plus $1 per share after closing.
