Shareholder Class Action

Steven Herbert and James Gross defrauded investors in NetBank FSB, which was closed by the Office of Thrift Supervision on Sept. 28, shareholders claim in Manhattan Federal Court.

Shareholders claim Harman International Industries violated securities law by failing to disclose information about its performance, including its alleged breach of a merger agreement. Also sued in DC Federal Court are Dr. Signey Harman, Kevin Brown, and Sandra B. Robinson.

Shareholders accuse Verifone Holdings, Douglas Bergeron and Barry Awarenstein of defrauding them through false and misleading statements, in San Francisco Federal Court.
