Shareholders accuse FormFactor of securities fraud. Also sued in San Francisco Federal Court are Igor Khandros, Ronald Foster and Richard Freeman.
Shareholders accuse FX Energy of securities frauds that caused share price to drop more than 40 percent when discovered. Also sued in Salt Lake Federal Court are David Pierce, Clay Newton, Thomas Lovejoy, Andrew Pierce and Richard Hardman.
