Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Daniel Schulman, Jonathan Marchbank, John Feehan, Frances Brandon-Farrow, Douglas Lynn, Mark Poole, Robert Samuelson, L. Kevin Cox, Thomas Ryder, Kenneth Steven, Lehman Bros., Merrill Lynch & Co., Bear Stearns & Co., Raymond James & Assoc., and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC.
