Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders claim Emerson Radio Corp. let its controlling member Grande Holdings Ltd. do self-dealing transactions with Emerson subsidiaries, costing Emerson millions. Also sued in Delaware Chancery Court are Christopher Ho, Adrian Ma, Greenfield Pitts, Michael Binney, Eduard Will, Michael Driscoll, and Norbert Wirsching.

Shareholders accuse Security Capital Assurance Ltd. of inflating share price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Paul Giordano, David Shea, Goldman Sachs & Co., JP Morgan Securities, Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, and XL Insurance Ltd.

Shareholders claim Leap Wireless and its directors defrauded them by inflating the share price. Also sued in San Diego Federal Court are S. Douglas Hutcheson, Mark Rachesky, Amin Khalifa, Glenn Umetsu, and Dean Luvisa.
